Summary: The room was not worth $400 a night. Only nice thing ahout the hotel was that it had valet parking included and the staff was pleasant. The room needs some updates, the bathroom had lots of chipping on the cabinets. No vending machines except downstairs there was a little mini mart.

Summary: Very nice staff, everyone we dealt with was great. However no working TV in the room was a big disappointment. No other rooms were available so they were not able to remedy the situation.

Summary: They do the cleaning every 3 days, so you need to use the same towels for 3 days unless you called beg for clean ones. Carpets are sort of old and dirty. Bfast was extremely poor, never had it, ate next door.

Summary: David at the front desk was very nice at check in. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Geat nights sleep. Bar food was good but service was mediocre.

Summary: Great location downtown at Playhouse Square. Hotel was not busy. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Nice room, clean and quiet, comfortable bed. Breakfast and valet parking were included. Enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Overall, my stay was nice. I was in town for a work conference. The hotel room, staff, and service were great. I also enjoyed the walkability of the city. I will say, I chose the “Wait Now and Pay Later” option via Hotels.com, but the hotel charged my card about 10 hours before I officially checked in. They accidentally double charged the card I used to hold my reservation, and this was not the card I wanted to pay with. I eventually got my money back the following week. Thank God I had another card to use. I say all that to say, if you’re using the “Wait Now, Pay Later” method, use the card you intend to pay with, in case this happens to you. Also, make sure you have “safety cash” on another card, just in case. The staff was helpful, but the situation was stressful.

Summary: Hotel was great! We were met with servers serving appetizers and cold hand towels. Cheese trays and free drinks too! Very kind staff. Nice room for our family! Bunk beds and king bed.
